Despite a clear rise in property prices over the last year today's average property prices are still 28,8 % under the peak prices of the first quarter in 2008.

Average property prices Costa del Sol Q1 2022 compared to Q1 2021: + 7,7 %

14 out of the 52 Spanish provinces saw property values go up with at least 7 %.
